Chestnut Grove has a facility executive director and an assistant administrator. In addition, the staff includes licensed practical nurses (LPNs) certified nursing assistants (CNAs) ,med-techs with med tech training, housekeeping and dietary individuals plus a full-time director of activities. Chestnut Grove also offers rehab and beauty shop, on site. We are staffed 24-hours a day to ensure that your loved ones receive the care and attention they need.
